Pondering Bling - Wacky Wednesday #26
Our lovely and talented Candy is today’s hostess for the Wacky Wednesday challenge. She’s asked us to use bling or anything that sparkles and shines. I can do that!
I didn’t opt for the obvious rhinestones or big chunky glitter (although I was really tempted). Instead I chose to use a Cloud 9 Design transparency that’s already “glitterfied”; and then I added Stickles to the flowers. The image is actually below the transparency and I popped the flowers up on top of it. I also painted the water with Pool Smooch.
