May Your Heart crop

It’s my week to host the Color Throwdown challenge!  I’ve been wanting to use this beautiful Amy Butler patterned paper, so I decided now was a great time!

The colors I chose to coordinate with the paper are:  Lavender Lace, Old Olive (or Certainly Celery), and Elegant Eggplant.

CTD43

And here’s my card for today:

May Your Heart

I hope you’ll play along with us!  It’s simple.  Use these colors (or whatever you have that is close) to create a card or project.  Upload it to your blog and/or online gallery (please use keyword CTD43), then enter the DIRECT LINK TO YOUR CARD into the Mister Linky section of today’s post on the Color Throwdown blog.  Easy!

I can’t wait to see what you come up with!  For more inspiration, check out the design team’s creations here:

Please stop back by in a little bit for this week’s Wacky Wednesday challenge card!

    Hello Broni,

First I want to thank you for peeking at my blog earlier this week. I know this is a little late, but I’ve been a very bizzy bee. Okay moving forward…This card is absolutely beautiful! I’ve never really been a big fan of purple but I truly love the combination you’ve chosen for the challenge. My son’s current girlfriend is wild about purple. This is truly stunning. I feel a CASE coming on. A CASE of what is unclear. I hope it’s not contagious though. LOL TFS… :)

    Warm Hugs Saz

Great color combo this week! I love how you’ve incorporated that sweet little crocheted flower in there—I should have listened to my mom long ago when she told me I should learn how to crochet!!! (I can knit—not much help!)
