Color Throwdown - Week 12
Today it’s time for another Color Throwdown color challenge - #12 to be exact. This week’s colors were chose by Tracy and they’re definitely traditional Christmas colors: Real Red, Old Olive, and Kraft.
However…….I’ve chosen not to use them for a Christmas card, but for a Halloween card. I know, call me crazy! I just thought I’d be different! And I’m really not ready to admit that Christmas is just around the corner! So here’s my little Treat Kitty.
The red layer was run through the Cuttlebug with the Spots & Dots folder. The bag, hat, hat band, buckle, star, and kitty paws are all paper pieced and shaded with Copic markers.

Broni, I think this is so adorable! What a great image, and I love the paper piecing and especially the shading around the image! (I can’t seem to get that right when I try!)
What a cute image and a creative use of color on it! Even though it’s not the traditional Halloween colors, it still works great! Love the CB and the brads!
