Today is the day, April 1st, that Rubbernecker Stamp Company releases the KK Originals stamps! KK Originals is a unique and fresh line of stamps by Kathy Kaberline, designed with her own unique twist. Rubbernecker Stamp Company has acquired distribution rights to this exciting line and we are so excited to be working with the images.
This is one of the many Southwestern design images that are available now. The variety of images is just amazing!
My “Sacred Vessel” is colored with Copic markers. I strung some beads I’ve had forever on a strand of linen thread and laced it through holes that I pierced on each side of the vessel’s neck.
I stamped and colored the image twice and cut out just the feathers to be attached with mounting tape for added dimension.
The image that is stamped very lightly along the top and bottom borders of the aqua layer is called Bisi. It’s one of many symbols that are available.
I couldn’t decide how I wanted to stamp or place the Create text, and I still don’t know how or why I came up with this! But I like how it turned out!!
Thanks for visiting today! Don’t forget to go and hunt for the treasure!! And be sure to check out the other DT members creations. The links to their blogs are in the left column.
