“Sweet” Heart – a Dirty Girl challenge
The Splitcoaststampers dirty girls – past and present – have started a monthly challenge. The first was in November and was to complete a card using the newly released Elzybell stamp called “A Winter Song” and the color pretty in pink. For December, the challenge was to use a penguin as a focus and something suggesting ice, but it could not contain the color blue. This month we were to use a girl as the main focus and something “sweet”, and to make the card any size other than the normal A2 size card. This is my card called “Sweet” Heart.
The card is 8 ¼ x 4. My girl is Flowahbella and my sweet element is candy sprinkles which I used in my shaker heart and as a border at the bottom of my card. That was done using red Tacky Tape. I created the scalloped border to the heart using the method found in this post.
